Product description
Chemical synthetic materials (such as phenolic resin) are used as the carbon source, which is made to activated carbon by atmospheric rotary furnace through solidification, carbonization, activation, grinding, pickling and other processes. Such a material is characterized by high specific surface area, high conductivity, low ash content, excellent pore size and particle size distribution, high electrostatic capacity, low leakage current and slight self-discharge, and can be charged and discharged at high current. At present, an annual production capacity of 50 tons has been realized and the material has a specific area of more than 1,500 m2/g, a metal content of less than 20ppm and a water content of less than 0.5% and is mainly used in buckle type, winding type, laminated type, box type EDLC and supercapacitors. |
