It is engaged in the production of carbon-based materials, research and development of equipment, optimization of raw materials as well as R&D, production and sales of high adsorption value products. With the strong support of Chinese Academy of Sciences, CASIC No.3 Research Institute, Chongqing University of Science and Technology, Chengdu University of Technology, Zunyi Normal University and  other research institutions,based on the principle of  "intensive research of raw materials 

through technology, precision manufacturing of equipment through innovation, meticulous design of products through workmanship, accurate positioning through market trend, accelerated growth through coordination and creation of wonderful life through excellent services", it has successfully produced activated carbon powders and balls with high specific area, strong adsorption, high strength and low ash content. The specific surface area is generally 1,000-1,800 m2/g, and the highest can reach more than 2,500 m2/g. Such activated carbon can be widely used in medical health, environmental management, energy security, new materials and other fields.

At present, it has 13 R&D personnel, including 3 doctors, 1 chief engineer, and 1 chemical professional and technical expert. It has built 1 production base and 2 national cooperative laboratories.It has been specialized in the research and development of activated carbon industry.
